The original is stored exactly as it arrived, encrypted, and fingerprinted. It is read once to propose records, which you confirm or dismiss. You can open the original any time, and erase it any time. Erasure is final within days.
No. A proof is never edited in place, by you or by us. Its record re-checks the stored bytes against the arrival fingerprint every time you open it, and the fingerprints are anchored daily with a public timestamp authority. Change a byte and the shield turns red.
You, and the software that builds your records. An AI model extracts the facts from each document under a data processing agreement, and its output is only ever a suggestion for you to confirm. We don’t analyse purchases across users and we never use your documents for marketing. The processors we rely on are listed in the privacy notice.
Deleting an account needs your sign-in address typed, a code from your inbox, and then a seven-day wait during which a cancel link is sent to you. Every session is signed out the moment deletion is scheduled. On Android the app also locks behind your fingerprint.
